At yainliu.shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive a defective item, you are eligible to request a return or exchange according to the terms below.
📦 Return Due to Dissatisfaction
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that:

The product has not been worn or used 
- 
It is returned in its original condition and packaging (including the shipping label) 
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose:

An exchange for another item in our store 
- 
A refund for the product amount paid 
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Return Due to Manufacturing Defect
If your shoes arrive with a clear manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 calendar days from delivery to notify us.
Examples include:
- 
Detached soles 
- 
Broken stitching 
- 
Size mismatch (e.g. labeled US 8 but physically not matching) 
To qualify:
- 
Contact us within 30 days of delivery 
- 
Provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect and the product’s outer packaging 
Our team will assess the issue and offer either:
- 
A replacement of the same item 
- 
A store credit or refund 
🛡 Warranty
All yainliu.shop products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing faults only.
Warranty excludes:
- 
Normal wear and tear from usage 
- 
Improper handling or misuse (e.g., soaked shoes, heavy damage not consistent with normal use) 
- 
Any attempts to alter or repair the item by the customer or third parties
